is also a way of adding body flab. Replacing soda with water can help in
 reducing your weight to a great extent. You must know that a 12 ounce 
can of coca-cola contains 140 calories and 39 grams of sugar, which is 
13 per cent of the recommended daily dose. And, so is the truth with 
other such carbonated drinks that contain sugar. Hence, you can now 
understand how much of these refreshing drinks contribute to your weight
 gain; quitting can certainly be of great help.
